These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sparqgraphics website and your purchase of products from Sparqgraphics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Orders

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission. By placing an order, you certify that the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if the product is out of stock.

3. Pre-Order Specific Terms

Items marked as "Pre-Order" are currently in development or production preparation.

• Payment: Payment is charged immediately at checkout to secure your reservation and discounted price.
• Estimated Shipping: The expected shipping date is January 2026.
• Delays: While we aim to meet this date, production delays can occur. If the delay is significant, we will inform you via email.
• Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to secure a supplier or fulfill the order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this event, 100% of your payment will be refunded immediately.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include Swedish VAT (Moms) at 25% for orders within the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept secure payments via our payment partners.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Standard Products:

For non-customized products (e.g., apparel, stickers), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with Distansavtalslagen.

Custom Graphics (Exception to the Rule):

Because our graphics kits are custom-made to your specific requirements (your name, number, bike model, and color choices), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

By placing an order, you agree that production may start immediately or upon the scheduled date, and you acknowledge that there is no right of refund for custom-made goods once printed, pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal).

6. Design & Production

What You See Is What You Get: Our production process is automated. We print the design exactly as you created it on our website. We do not correct spelling errors, incorrect numbers, or logo placement.

• Color Accuracy: Colors on your screen (RGB) may look slightly different than the final printed vinyl (CMYK). This is standard in the printing industry and is not a defect.
• Cut Lines: Please ensure logos are not placed directly on the edge of the template, as they may be trimmed during the cutting process.
• File Verification: We convert your design to a print-ready file. If we notice a technical error (e.g., a corrupted file), we will contact you. Otherwise, the order goes directly to print.

7. Delivery

We ship worldwide. If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and handling costs.

8. Warranty and Complaints

We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). You have a 3-year right of complaint for original manufacturing defects.

• If your product is damaged upon arrival or has a printing error caused by us, please contact us with a photo.
• We will cover the return shipping cost for valid warranty claims and offer a reprint or refund.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation (bubbles, tearing during application) or normal wear and tear from riding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparqgraphics shall not be liable for indirect damages or for Force Majeure events (war, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier bankruptcy) that are beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property & User Conduct

All designs and website content are the property of Sparqgraphics. You may not copy or resell our designs without permission.

Logo Usage: By uploading or requesting logos (e.g., Red Bull, Monster), you certify that you have the right to use these logos.Sparqgraphics takes no responsibility for trademark infringements in custom designs requested by the customer.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN).
