Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be stoked on your new graphics. However, because our products are custom-made, returns work a bit differently than a standard clothing store. Please read below carefully.

1. Custom Graphics (No Returns)

Because every graphics kit is printed with your specific name, number, and bike model, we cannot resell them to anyone else. Therefore, once production has started,all sales are final. We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong model year.

(Exception: If you pre-ordered and production has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.)

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake, we will fix it. We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

You are eligible for a free reprint or refund if:

• The product arrived damaged.
• The print quality is defective (e.g., severe color banding or cutting errors).
• We sent the wrong design/colors (different from your proof/order).

How to claim: Email us at [email protected] within reasonable time (preferably within 5 days of delivery) with photos of the defect.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations

Since you are purchasing a pre-order item scheduled for January 2026:

• You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time before we send your specific order to the printer.
• If we (the Company) cannot fulfill the pre-order due to supply issues, you will receive an automatic full refund.

4. Standard Products

For non-custom items (e.g., generic stickers, apparel), you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. The item must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
