How It Works: From Concept to Your Doorstep

Welcome to Sparqgraphics. We built this platform to give you total control over how your bike looks, backed by a global production network that gets your custom kit printed and shipped in record time.

Whether you are designing a kit from scratch in our web editor or remixing a design from our community, the process is seamless. Here is exactly what happens from your first click to the moment the DHL truck pulls up.

Step 1: Design or Discover

Everything starts with selecting your bike's make, model, and year. From there, you have two options:

The Blank Canvas: Jump into our interactive 2D web editor. Your bike's exact graphic templates will load onto the screen. You can add text, shapes, upload logos, and dial in your exact colors.
Explore & Earn: Browse our public gallery of user-generated designs. You can buy a design as-is, or remix it for your own bike. Bonus: If you publish your own design to the gallery and someone else buys it, we pay you a commission for every sale!

Your phone or computer screen displays colors using light (RGB), while physical printing uses real ink (CMYK). Because of this, slight color shifts between what you see on your screen and the final printed product are completely normal!

Step 2: Production & Shipping

Once you pay, your order is locked in. What happens next depends entirely on the plastics on your bike:

The Standard Flow (OEM Plastics)

If your bike has standard, stock plastics, then your design is ready.

Processing (1 Day): Our system prepares your exact design files for the printer.
Production (1–3 Days): Your file is routed to the printing facility closest to you (we have state-of-the-art factories in Belgium, Ireland, and the USA). They print on our heavy-duty Substance 1500 vinyl, apply your chosen finish, and cut the kit.
Shipping: Your kit is boxed and handed off to DHL for fast delivery directly to your door.

The Custom Fit Flow (Aftermarket Plastics)

If you have an aftermarket plastic kit (like a Polisport Restyle kit, or a shortened supermoto front fender), you must tell us during checkout. Because these plastics have completely different shapes and bolt holes, we have to pause the standard flow.

Manual Adaptation (+1 Extra Day): Our admin team takes your design and manually adjusts the lines and shapes to perfectly fit the aftermarket plastics you specified.
Digital Proofing: We will email you a digital mockup of the adjusted design.
Approval Block: We will not send your kit to the printer until you reply to the email and approve the proof. Once approved, it enters the standard 1–3 day production queue.
