1. Production & Handling Time

Quality decals require time to print, dry, laminate, and cut. We do not rush this process to ensure your kit lasts in tough conditions.

Standard Orders (Self-Designed)

Since you design the kit yourself, we can move straight to production after a quick technical check.

File Prep: 1-2 business days (We convert your design to print-ready vectors).
Production: approx. 2-3 business days.
Total Turnaround: Your order typically ships 3-5 business days after purchase.

Orders with "Custom Fitment Service"

If you ordered adaptation for aftermarket fairings or custom plastics:

We will manually adjust your design to fit your specific plastics.
Approval Required: You will receive a digital proof via email. Production (10 days) only starts after you approve this proof.
Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for this design process.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

🇪🇺 EU Customers: No extra fees. VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout.

🌍 Non-EU Customers (e.g., Norway, UK, USA):
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged by your country's customs office upon arrival. We are unable to predict or cover these charges.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for kits delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
